<General Guidelines for Improving Memory >
2. Involve as many senses as possible. 3. Relate Information to what you already know & Organize - 기억을 한다는 것은 우리 뇌에서 실제 분자 레벨의 변화가 일어난 것이라고 하죠(CREB Molecular marker) 이미 알고 있는 정보에 새로운 정보를 연관시키며 정리하는 것이 효과적인 기억법입니다. 5. Be MOTIVATIVE and Keep a POSITIVE attitude - 가장 중요한 것 같습니다.
