Library Service during 2021-2 Semester Final Exam Period: Opening Hour and Seat Booking System

 

Opening hour of library reading room will be prolonged as following during final exam period.

Caution

    - Lecture room (#501) could be open for study in case of lacking seats
    - All seats and study rooms should be booked by Seat Booking System in advance.
    - The emergency staircase will be closed at 22:00. Please use the elevator or the main hall staircase after.
    - Please follow COVID19 prevention regulations:
      Take distancing seats, Wear masks, Use hand sanitizer before & after using library.

     - Seat booking system is connected to Entrance Gate system: Must use 2F and 5F gateway and tag your card to confirm booking
     - After passing the gate, seats and facilities will be automatically assigned on the time booked.
     - After using the seat or facilities, please ‘Return’ the seat by app or webpage for next user.
