 모두들 시험보느라 고생이 많으시죠?
 오늘은 기억력(Memory)에 대한 몇가지 자료를 소개하고자 합니다.

 특히 시험기간이 되면 기억할 것이 너무 많아서 overload..되는 느낌이 들기도 하지만, 실제로 우리 뇌가 얼마나 많은 정보를 수용하고 기억을 recall 할 수 있는지 아는 사람은 얼마나 될까요?^^
 
 우리 뇌는 Plasticity(가소성)의 성질이 있어 어떤 자극을 받는가에 따라 항상 변화하고 있고 새로운 것을 기억할 뿐 아니라 응용하거나 창조도 가능하다는 것이 참 신비롭습니다~
 바쁘고 힘들기도한 시험기간이지만..
 여러분이 가진 잠재력과 좋은 Brain을 마음껏 활용하시기 바라며~
 기억력을 향상시키는 tip 몇가지를 소개합니다.




1. 주의집중(Pay attention)

 - Learnig, Memory(암기)는 우리 뇌에 새로운 정보를 encoding하는 과정입니다.
   새로운 정보를 accept한 후 뇌의 기억력을 관장하는 해마(Hippocampus)를 거쳐 기억 
 이 되기까지는 최소한 8초의 시간이 필요하다고 합니다.
   여러 가지 일을 한꺼번에 하지 않고 한가지에 주의 집중 하는 것이 중요하겠죠

2. Involve as many senses as possible.
 
- 어떤 사람(Visual learner)은 시각의 정보를 잘 기억하고, 어떤 사람은 소리정보를 잘 기억
 한다고 하지만 다양한 형태의 정보를 combine해서 기억하고자 노력하면 기억이 더 잘 된다고 합니다.

3. Relate Information to what you already know & Organize
 
- 기억을 한다는 것은 우리 뇌에서 실제 분자 레벨의 변화가 일어난 것이라고 하죠(CREB Molecular marker)
 이미 알고 있는 정보에 새로운 정보를 연관시키며 정리하는 것이 효과적인 기억법입니다.
 기억한 정보를 recall하기 위한 단서 마련하기에도 좋은 방법인 것 같습니다^^

4. Reherse Information frequently and 'overlearn'
 
- 많은 양의 정보를 Cramming하는 것 보다 "Spaced Rehersal"이 더 효과적이라고 전문가들은 조언하고 있습니다.

5. Be MOTIVATIVE and Keep a POSITIVE attitude

 - 가장 중요한 것 같습니다. 이렇게 좋은 도서관에서 맘껏 공부할 수 있는 여러분들~
