도서관 폐기도서 배포 안내
박태준학술정보관은 2003년 무은재기념도서관에서 이 곳으로 신축, 이전하여 개관한 지 17년만에 새로운 모습으로 재탄생할 준비를 하고 있습니다. 정보의 이용 행태와 이용자의 변화 요구에 맞춰 도서관 장서와 열람 공간을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 소장중인 정보가치 및 활용성이 떨어진 도서들을 일부 폐기하기로 결정 하였습니다. 이에 따라 폐기예정 도서를 개인소장 하기를 원하는 대학 구성원들에게 우선 배포하고자 하오니 희망하시는 분은 아래 내용에 따라 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 대상도서 : 총 98,249권(단행본 및 연속간행물 리스트 별첨)
2. 신청방법 : 신청서(별첨 양식) 작성 후 이메일 제출(library@postech.ac.kr)
3. 기간 : 2020.3.25(수) ~ 5.3(일)
4. 배포 및 수령
- 기간 : 2020. 3.30(월)~5.15(금), 10:00~17:00 (점심시간 12:00~13:00)
- 수령 방법 : 신청 후 도서 수령 안내 이메일을 받은 후 수령 장소 방문
- 수령 장소 : 도서관 2층 대출데스크(279-2551)
5. 기타
- 동일 도서를 여러 명이 신청할 경우 신청 순서에 따라 배포
- 도서 현물 확인 과정에서 폐기도서에서 제외 될 경우 미배포
- 학부생 신청 도서는 기숙사 입사 후 수령 가능

Library Discarding Book Giveaway
Tae-Joon Park Digital Library is planning for transformation after 17 years of history since 2003. To align with the changes of information environment and users, we decided to discard underused titles, and utilize our spaces and collection for better needs. Accordingly, we’d like to distribute books to be discarded to POSTECH members in need. If interested, please check the attached title list and request as following:
- Range: 98,249 items Including Books and Journals (full title list in attachment 1 )
- How to request: Fill in the application (attachment 2) and send to library@postech.ac.kr via email
- Request Period: March 25 (Wed), 2020 ~ May 3 (Sun)
- How to Receive the Requested Books
- When: March 30 (Mon) ~ May 15 (Fri). 10:00~17:00 (except lunch period 12:00~13:00)
- How: Visit library after receiving email
- Where: Library Service Desk at 2F (279-2551)
- Other Information
- If same title has been requested from different person, it will be given in order of application.
- Some titles could be decided not to discard during process, therefore request could be canceled.
- Undergraduates can receive it after dormitory admission.
